It is my privilege to recommend Rosella Lucherino for employment. As a member of the Compositing department at KC POP Quiz, and Stereoscopic Compositing team at Sassoon Film Design, Rosella demonstrated excellent skills needed for the compositing phase of production. I have had the pleasure of working with Rosella two times over the last few years and each time she has been a valuable member of each team. The work at KC POP Quiz required that over the course of 4 months, the compositing department to pull together a team to create a server, organize and track footage, coordinate with Editors and deliver 144 episodes requiring, color correction, roto, tracking and compositing. At Sassoon Film Design the team had the added difficulty of finial compositing and tracking and Paint back making original 2D films into a 3D experience was required. Rosella contributions were invaluable to both teams. Her talents with paint back, matting, rotoscoping and tracking were essential to the job as well as her helping and training new hires. Rosella has excellent work ethics and commitment to a project. She is quick to learn new skills and can see and understand what area needs attention and where she can help. Her flexibility and response to last minute changes and her desire to pitch in on deliverables even if not in her intended scope shows outstanding teamwork and dedication to the job. Rosella would be a great addition to any company.
Josh Gilchrist • Associate Producer, Live Action Development.

Rosella was a critical part of our VFX team and was extremely adaptable to our ever changing needs and goals. She would be an amazing asset to any team lucky enough to have her. She has amazing work ethic and is a delight to work with. Highly recommended!
Ociel Ogalde • Creative Director and Graphic Designer.
Rosella is a well rounded graphic designer able to take on a wide range of projects. During my time as a creative director for LBI Media she played a key role supporting the Sales, Marketing and Promotions department creating high quality graphics such as web banners, power point presentations, flyers, posters, upfront and marketing collateral. Rosella is able to work on a fast paced environment with quick turnarounds always providing solutions delivering assets in a timely manner. She is very easy to work with, a team player and very knowledgeable about the latest graphic design trends.
Amy Hua • Art director and resident design geek at Friendly Vengeance.

All of that, and a wonderful person who manages to stay positive no matter how stressful the day. She's extremely loyal, dedicated and is eager to enhance her skills. Rosella is an asset to any creative department.
Helen Sarah Teller • Former Creative Director, Interactive and Digital Media Executive Producer.
I found Rosella to be a self-starter, and qualified to do many aspects of Production Art for Video and Interactive media. Her skills played an integral part in creating and producing art, motion graphics, photo manipulation and UI work for the multiple projects she work on for me. Her attitude is refreshing and has been a positive influence on everyone on her team, she is a pleasure to work with even under pressure she has a smile for everyone. I would enthusiastically recommend Rosella to any company and or production team.

Rosella is brilliant at what she does. She listens closely to what the client wants and adds her own magic touch to make the entire piece pop. If you are looking for a graphic artist with extraordinary talent and integrity, you would be hard pressed to find someone as special as Rosella.
Rosa Farre • Adjunct Lecturer at California State University, Fullerton.
I would like to write a few words of recommendation for Rosella Lucherino. She was one of the students at the Art Institute where she developed her portfolio pieces under our direct supervision. Rosella always showed great understanding of her line of work, was always eager to go beyond what was required and was also eager to take advice from instructors. She is a fast learner, good communicator and very pleasant to work with.

Some of my hobbies include photography and photo retouching, along with reading hardcover books and drawing with ink. I’m especially fond of isographs, rapidographs, and fountain pens, because if I’m going to draw, it might as well involve very specific tools and a little obsession with precision.
I can watch almost anything related to animation, with a few exceptions that shall remain unnamed. I also genuinely enjoy silence, no music, no noise, just the rare luxury of everything being quiet for a moment.
Cooking and driving are two of my favorite ways to relax, both involving a steady rhythm and the occasional moment of zen. One of my biggest passions is my truck, and I love taking it off-roading and disappearing into the desert whenever possible.
I won’t give you advice, I’ll give you a solution. I also stay consistently up to date with the latest graphic design trends, because standing still creatively is not really my thing.
I spend an arguably excessive amount of time at Disneyland. And yes, I collect toys. Funko Pops, LEGO sets, Smurfs, and during COVID I went all in and fell down the rabbit hole of collecting patches.
Yes, Star Wars geek since 1977 and of course... This is the Way.
